This form submits a search to Google in Verbatim mode, making this possible in a script-free browser, and prevents geo-IP language redirection. At least it will until they break things further. It does not prevent them from tracking queries, circumscribing results by what their model of "you" is supposed to be interested in, or pushing their SSL and other obnoxious fashion preferences.
