imagepsextendfont — Extend or condense a font
This function was REMOVED in PHP 7.0.0.
$font_index
   , float $extend
   ) : bool
   Extend or condense a font (font_index), if
   the value of the extend parameter is less
   than one you will be condensing the font.
  
font_indexA font resource, returned by imagepsloadfont().
extendExtension value, must be greater than 0.
   Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
