		<description>For the record she's exactly right : a few years ago it was still conceivable that a bright newcomer could readily be fixed by a coupla friendly nudges ; by now the rando civillian is five to six headblowns away from anything even remotely like comprehension, so that "training in the workplace" thing of yore hasn't much hope of working out anymore.</description>
